Thread: Nemoidan Bird Cage
are you serious or just pulling my chain? theres a schema for a bird??
Ok i'm a total noob when it comes to the whole Artisan things so...if there is such a thing, i would think that a BE would be the one making such a creature.
Got any suggestions on a bird like creature that is small enough to fit in the cage for decorations?
the cage is all there is... there is no bird heh
It used to be a pretty popular decoration back in the day, people would use them at the base of torches for a nice decorative touch..but that was a long time ago when torches were the only light sources available for houses.
And even more so now that we can move items up and down.The nemoidian bird cage was supposed to have a bird in it that acted like a parrot. It would repeat things it heard in spacial from time to time.
It didn't work right.
Rather than remove the schematic from the game, they left the schematic but made the bird invisible and inaudiable. So, the way I heard it, the bird is still there, repeating what its heard, but no-one can see or hear it.
Can't prove it, but it's a fun story anyway.

Would be nice if CH's had the ability to capture and place the birds.

Best thing I've seen done with a Nemodian Bird Cage, was to put a DE-built Bounty Hunter Seeker Droid in it. They're small and round, and do look semi-'robotic-bird'-like. I thought it was pretty cleaver!
I read on the entertainer boards that one of them put the sparkle ribbon prop in their cage and it looked interesting. heh may have to try that
