Well the title says it all and I have tests that show this is the case. The artisan experimentation buff is not working as intended, meaning its not giving the 12% extra xp as stated. I did a few tests with an X-34 to make sure this was the case. I did 4 different tests with and without the buff. I also did the tests with the practice mode with and without the buff.

TEST RESULTS

Test XP Gained %

without buff and not in practice mode1980 xp 100%

with buff and not in practice mode2016 xp +1.8%

without buff and with practice mode2070 xp +4.5%

with buff and with practice mode 2106 xp+6.3%

As you can see from the test results we are not getting all of the xp from the buffs that the publish states.
