does wearing the bio wear with +surveying work, and allow me to survey for greater distances? I heard it was broken a while back, but I am curious if it is fixed yet
Thank you for your answers!

I don't think anyone has produced evidence that it does work since Authurdent tested it a while back, so I would guess it's not

i thought it only helped your odds of pulling more material up in one sample, not increase the survey range.

I tested it today. I have a master artisan with 2 pieces of clothing with +16 survey each. (I know +25 is max, but this way it maxes).
There was no bonus to survey range but i did notice a bonus to sample success. I was hoping for range but oh well.

how much of a sample success? if you have the details, you might want to post it on the tailor forum

Have you tried chowing down on some chandad too? That gives a survey bonus.

I've never tested these tissues or used them at all, but I can't see them giving a range bonus. You get more range with skill, so if you could wear certain clothing to save skill points...? I don't know, just my thoughts on it.
A bonus to how much you are able to sample sounds more likely.

I don't think they're working either....
Also, FS Surveying is doubtfull.
As i understand the range should increase...
with Master Artisan and FS survey II it's still 320m (=master artisan range).

It should increase with Master Artisan and FS survey IV (it goes to 364 or something like that)

As I said: it isn't working.
Master Artisan, FS II -> still 320m
Only Master Artisan: 320m
