Thread: Max resource concentrations?

What is the highest concentration that spawns for a given resource or resource class?

I am compiling a list! I hope that someday it will be complete and useful.

For example, you can find Lube Oil in concentrations up to 100% but Carbonate Ore seems capped at 65%.

Am I duplicating someone else's effort? If so could you point me in the right direction?

Please submit a resource and the highest concentration you have seen on this thread and I will compile the results here. Maybe a Dev could answer this question?

(this question was originally asked by W'll on Shadowfire I am just trying to concentrate (no pun intended) the information)

Temporary Summary (this list is incomplete - please help me make it accurate)

  • Chemical: ~100%

  • Mineral

    • Gemstone: ~100%

    • Low Grade Ore: ~70% (can anyone confirm a greater concentration?)

    • Metal: ~100%

    • Radioactive: ~100%

    • Solid Petrochemical: ~100%

  • Gas: ~100%

  • Water: ~70%

  • Flora Food:

  • Flora Structural:

  • Solar Energy: ~60%

  • Wind Energy: ~65%

(my current hopes are that everything can get to 100% except ore..)

Focus Questions:

Has anyone seen ore higher than 70%?

Has anyone seen iron higher than 80%?

Chefs & BEs please help with Floral resources.

Since you can't edit posts I've taken the initiative. Hope you don't mind. Thanks for asking a great question.

Of course I don't mind. And I'll definitely be in touch with you next week regarding some weapons.

I have seen Berries up to 88%.

I'm also curious as to whether or not different planets have different resource caps. Anyone know if this might be true?

Probably hard to determine without solid data. I'll probably start keeping track of my highest concentrations by resource class & planet from now on.

Hey Choke, I was just coming here to ask the same question to get server-wide response - you beat me to it!

But I bet you haven't gotten to the SWGCraft forums...

YOU DID GET TO THE SWGCRAFT FORUMS!!!

Choke you are everywhere!!!

You are the Darth Vader of Resources.

Be interesting to see what data people come up with, though.
