Okay, so i got a couple of wind power generators I want to put up, so I start surveying for wind on talus. Now so far I have only found 40%.
Is this ok to put my power generator up on, or should I look for a higer %??
If I did put up the power generator on this spot what would that mean to me, ie would I get less resources or would it just take longer to collect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wind tends to be in lower concentrations than solar or radioactive. Most resources seem to have a "max" concentration, but it's been so long since I've used a wind generator I couldn't tell you whether it's that low.
The resources would just get collected slower. The base extraction rate (BER) on the generator gets multiplied by the concentration percentage to get the number of units it extracts per minute. I think wind generators are 5 BER(?), so on a 40% spot it would pull up 5 * 0.4 = 2 units per minute.
