Thread: My Hard Work Beaten By Those Who Took Advantage Of A 1 Day Mistake......

The difference between a +44 crafting tool and a +45 is not noticable. They make absolutely no difference. Anyone who pays considerably more for a +45 tool than a +44 is just stupid.
I agree with you to a certain extent... But, I pride myself on making my 44+ rated stations. To have someone come along and make a 45 rated one cause of a mistake the devs made is somewhat disheartening. I have busted my behind collecting just the right resources over a few months period to make these awesome 44+ stations. Here is the thing.. If thatperson making those 45 rated stations tried to assemble a new schematic using the same resources, he might not even hit 44+. Remember, to me its more of a pride thing..

Ditto on that one 4bidden. The best I can do is 43.94. I knowsomeone on bria selling 45 rated stations for 500k. It's just crazy. I know for a fact he is using the exact same resources that Im using to craft the components cause I have asked him.. He didnt have a problem telling me cause he knows those comps cant be made to 100% anymore.

I've played this game for over a year. Because of RL concernsI couldn't play more than an hour on Phat Tuesday and I missed out. The results were that one person on the server held the entire market for crafting stations until he quit the game, a month ago. He made 44.58's.
Now, I can make 44.289's legally. If Phat Tuesday rules came back it would hit 45. The rest of my Artisan goods would benefit too and there would be a distinction for finding and getting the best resources that actually counted, IMO.
Even the majority of the posts wanted the changes to stay, they were just scared off by a Chicken Little rampage from two of our communities. I'll never understand why the devs took this away, as it only points to making things not value our dedication.

Because of a mistake orwhatever they called itback in publish 7,which was reversed the following day, there are still some to this dayselling crafting stations 45.0 rated. This so called "mistake" was allowing artisans to craft components including micro sensor suites to 100%. We all know that in reality100% micro sensor suitesare a virtual impossibility because theyrequire high con/oq stats, and steel has never had a combination of 900+oqwith 900+con. Therefore 45.0 rated stationsare just a dream.
The select few still making these stations have an unfair advantage to those who have worked hard, like myself, to make stations 44+ rated. I would like to see those 100% micro sensor suite schematics removed, or, reintroduce the crafting change which allowed them to be created.
Some might say this belongs in the architect forum. I decided to post it here because its the components that I have a problem with, and those are made by artisans.

This just shows that you didn't understand the changes. The correspondents confirmed that the ability to experiment beyond the resource caps (which was what gave any profession the ability to make any item with a 100% line) was a bug.
Once that bug was fixed, crafted items that require more than oneline of experimentation (armor, food, etc)would have taken a huge hit in quality.
