At master you can even hit 9 with them. But established player will have the cash for fusions. New players will probaly like them more.

Dont even need Master Artisan to reach BER 9 on those or BER 5 on everything else. Its all about the resources and a couple lucky experimentations.
At Artisan 4400 you have maxed your experimentation. Master Box only gives you the ability to create extra items...unless something has changed since I was MA.

No your right. And I have yet to hit BER5 on a harvester. Last night i was making a bunch of them for a new player and my materials were near perfect but not perfect. I'll make a couple BER 5's to just to do it with some of my better materials.
In this case being an 11 pointer helped because i was able to add to the hopper size

I made loads of BER7-9's while I was grinding Novice Artitect. I still sell them on the Bazaar for 999 each. Bargain for the newer players. Sold about 100 so far. Only a few left.
Or as mentioned I give them to Novice Artisans if I see them and tell them to start collecting. It's not the best power in the world (Galaxy?) but it's a good start for those that cant afford Fusion gear.
Edit: Made a fubar.

You might be able to palm them off to new players, but I think most established players would go for a fusion power plant.
