I'm finally master artisan. I need to know what i should grind to become an architect and also what the point of all the droid things you get to craft is without actually getting to craft a droid?

Do harvesters or speederbikes. Speeders will give you 2k expierence.

We get all those droid, and architect, components to make Master Artisan worthwhile. At most we would end up with an MSE and even they dont use the components at master. Its not until your into the R5's that it does.

The stuff needed with droids, is also needed by Architech. Chef and Weaponsmith also have a need for at least one of the parts.

Electronic Memory Modules, GP Modules, Control Units, etc, aren't droid crafting objects. They're used in lots of things. Crafting stations made by Architects use Control Units. Weaponsmiths use some of them. They are Master Artisan crafted items that are used by a lot of the other elite crafting professions.

you need to ask on the archtitect boards about what to grind for that

droids require a ton of things that artisans can't make...the generic electronics are used by many of the elite crafting professions, not just DE

Hand make walls.. or make furnature and factories by the time you get to master you will have a huge stock, dont make harvesters till you are atleast 0-4-2-0. it is possible to make max rate harvesters with that. but you will neeed good ore, and steel to do it. Any lub oil will do. houses are not a big seller, but it cant hurt to make some of these also, 5 of each small, 3 of each medium and 2 of each large is a nice start. Also just crafting those houses and 5 of each factory will get you almost the entire way through arctiect, and not waste one thing in practice.

Generator turbines are great too,. all this stuff is sellable. it may take longer but you wont be wasting resources,, if you are really in the mood to grind though to me walls are your best bet. They will be useable by you and you can never have enough walls.

As for droid chasis at master art? no you should HAVE to be a DE for that one /grin

Grinding statues is the fast way, but not the efficient way. You'd do better to make things that you will use in an architect business, e.g., walls.

BTW, did I mention walls?

The components of architecture within SWG use a LOT of resources as compared to every other crafting profession, INCLUDING shipwright. Nothing comes close to a full-blown architect making 5,000 to 10,000 walls a week to handle production during the player cities boom, but I think that you can still have enough influx into the game to make sales as long as you have walls.

Also, very few architects do furniture sales. And people don't mind paying 10 cpu for furniture. They especially like personalized orders. I can make 200k to 1 million off of stocking a single house with furniture.

Um, did I mention you need to make a crapload of walls?

sorry bub, arch is nothing close to SW in resources, nowhere near, try grinding up 200k of ore in 20 min and not even getting one box of SW.
