How many harvesters can I place at one location?

Lets say I survey for a spot and find a spot of 80% steel....how many harvesters can I place at that location? And will having more than one harvester in one location give me more resources?

I haven't tried it personally, but I would guess you could place as many harvesters on one resource as you have lots available. I saw one area where there was a 80% concentration of Cabivaic (really good copper) where there were about 30 or so harvesters all clustered together around the point where the concentration was the highest.

And yes, placing more than one harvester will get you more resources. Each harvester operates independantly of others near them.

You get 10 lots. Each small harvester uses one lot. If you don't have a home, or any other building you can place 10 harvesters. They can either be adjecent to one another or spread throughout the galaxy
