I'm trying to make weapon power-ups and getting poor results, the max of any type im getting is +23. Im using high conductivity and high oq materials.(900) Can anyone help or suggest something, I'm going nuts. Will +14 crafting tools or a +40 crafting station help? Im a Master Artisan. Oh if your on Bloodfin and have any high end cfrating station send me a tell.
Thank you,

You need to make them by a crafting station and you need to experiment on them.

Please learn how to read your schematics and do experimentation. There should be some excellent posts on here, and guides on Allakhazam. For the quick answer, you'll notice in your schematic that 'Experimental Effectiveness' is governed 100% by Overall Quality. What this means is that all the conductivity in the world won't get you squat.
Take the OQ of the 'mineral' you are using, and multiply it by 6. Then take the OQ of the 'chemical' you are using, and multiply it by 4. This is because you have 6 mineral and 4 chem in the powerup.
Let's use a 600 OQ metal and a 800 OQ polymer. This gives us 3600+3200, or 6800 total. Now since you have 10 ingredients total, divide it out by 10. This gives you an average OQ of 680. Since 1000 is the maximum attribute of any material, divide this by 10 to get your 'percent'. 680/10=68, so the maximum effectiveness if you get full experimentation using these materials will be 68%.
Hope that helps. Good luck.
If you're on Lowca, and have some of that 1000 OQ ore, um.. let me know =)
