I have the skill "Engineering III: Advanced Concepts" but when I go tomy crafting tool I don't have the schematics for "Deed for: Personal Mineral Extractor". I have the "Generic Crafting Tool", do I need the "Weapon, Droid, and General Crafting Tool"?

I have found that with a few of the schematics, I need to go next to a pubic crafting station when I open my general crafting tool. This seems to upload the newer schematics. Might be a bug.

I didn't have a particular schematic in my weapon, droid and generic tool, even though I qualified for it. I went to a public station, and was able to craft it. Afterwards, I had it in my crafting tool even when I wasn't near a public station. That's why I was thinking it may be a bug in the system, or perhaps for some things you are supposed to go download them from the main terminal.

No bug, sometimes Crafting Stations will allow you to use schematics that aren't available when using the crafting tool by itself. Target a crafting station and examine it, it will explain better than I can.
