I noticed the add power and add maintenance commands in the FAQ, but I was wondering if any has commands for retrieving all of the resources and redeeding/destroying the harvester?

Not that anyone has found so far (or at least, not that I have seen anyone post, and I have been looking
)

Once you have deactivated and emptied your harvestor, /destroystructure takes you right to the confirmation box. You still have to confirm and enter the code--and trust us, that's a good thing, even though it can seem annoying.
I try to keep the balances in my harvestors about the same, and then if I'm servicing a large number of harvestors at once, I can type in /addp 10000;/paym 10000 and then cntl-UP when I get to each harvestor to avoid re-typing. If I'm relocating harvestors, I just cntl-Up to the /destroystructure command, and/or alternate between the /destroystructure and a /paym xxxx, if I'm under the re-deeding threshold.
Another tip: after you empty the harvestor, don't close the hopper box. Instead, close the operating panel first (click close or click anywhere on the panel and hit escape), then escape out of the hopper box. That way, when you open the next harvestor's operating panel, the hopper will automatically open, saving you clicks, and seconds, which can mean the difference between grabbing your stash and running and getting incapped by nearby nasties.
