What's the difference? Isn't it a higher base % on the experimentation lines?

Good success, 6% per exp point used (can someone confirm this?)
Great success, 7% per exp point used (certain)
Amazing success, 8% per exp point used (certain)
These assume you're starting in the 25-30% range after assembly.
In all cases, you won't get full value for an experiment if it would take you over the cap imposed by resource quality. You'll get to the cap, but not past it.

Oh, yes, of course, my bad for not being specific. I'm talking about the successes on the assemblies.
I was under the impression that a great success has higher base experimentation % values on all the lines than good, and amazing a better start than great. Does it only increase the chances for amazing successes, or is it currently bugged?

No assembly result (with one exception) will allow you to experiment higher than the cap values determined by the resources you used. The exception is the very, very rare "freak success" that appears to be an "amazing success" but actually breaks the resource cap. This is a result of a bug though and was the way (in my galaxy, at least) that people made exceptionally high damage VKs pre-CU, through one of these successes on an AVBU.
Poor successes will reduce the starting points for experimentation, of course.

Is it a bug that amazing successes and critical successes assemblies don't increase the experimental %'s on the lines?

As far as I know, it's "working as intended" that the resource caps limit the final quality of the item.
The devs are certainly aware that it works that way, since they briefly implemented a crafting system without that restriction (the famous "patch day").
