Thread: Engineering 4 and Disarm Landmines

Anyone have any info on the use of Engineering 4 to disable landmines on GCW bases? I searched through the forums but could not find any reference to this. I know that Engineering 4 allows you to use the "disarm landmine" radial option on landmines.
Is success automatic? Does it temporarily disarm the land mines? If so for how long? What if the landmines are "refilled" after a disarm?
What's a good strategy for using this? My expermintation shows you need to be 9-10 meters away. What's the explosive range of the landmines?
A general discussion on this topic would be helpful. I think it's a neat component to the GCW and base battles. Bring in the combat engineers!
