what is a +1 Artisian Experimentation clothing tape worth? Would this be something an armorsmith or weaponsmith would want? Would it increase their experimentation points?

It would only increase experimentation for artisan products. An armorsmith or weaponsmith would not be able to use it. +1 is not worth too much because you need +10 to get the first point. Also putting two artisan experimentation skill tapes will cancel one of the two out (not sure which one).

I would give you 10K for it.
