I'm about to become a master weaponsmith and would like to have my own vendor to sell my items, but I don't want to own a house.
Is it possible to ask someone to house a vendor for you? Basically I would maintain the vendor and pay all the maintenance costs etc. All the other person is doing is supplying the floor space.

Yes, this is possible. The person who owns the house has to put you on the Admin List. They may be reluctant to do this however because you would then be able to take anything that is in the house. They may do it long enough for you to place the vendor. Also, be sure they keep current on the house maintenance. If they do not and the house "poofs" you will lose the vendor and everything on it.

Well you better change yer mind about having a house if ya go MWS and are doing it as a seroius profession. The number of specific resources ya need will qickly fill 1 house,i currently run 2 chars and have a house on loan(placed buy someonelse)that gives me 3 houses and they are all near full capacity.also my bank is always 70% full and my equipment factory the same. It,s not just the resources also take in account all the components they require, you'll need a mess of them premade and stocked to fill orders as they com e in.Check the WS forum not having enough room is a big issue with them. And I'm sure yer bud wont want his house packed so he cant use and if ya get other people to place for ya you take the risk of them dipping into your stack of very expensive and or rare resources which at times cannot be replaced .
