Having decided to get into resource mining, I decided to hop around from world to world to see if I could find some good Class 4 liquid petro that I hear is in such demand in the medical profession....
Not only did I not find any, I went from Talus to Corellia to Naboo to Lok without the list of available resources changing one jot.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it a server hiccup? I thought resources changed from world to world. Was I mistaken?

Nope, you are not mistaken. Resources change from planet to planet. Could've been yet another bug, or just a coincidence.

Not all resources change from Planet to Planet. Most of the Minerals are infact the same, give or take a couple. Most of the chemicals/gases are the same as well with the exception of some Fiberplasts (planet specifics shift diferent). ALL Flora and Water is different from Planet to Planet. I'm not sure about Solar and Wind energies because i stopped surveying/using them 5 monthes ago. Hope this is informative. Thanks and Good Luck
