Maintenance is paid. Click Initiliaze. says it is initialized. Can't use it.

Any hints? I've seen some posts on this, but can't find any answers... anyone?

I grind to Business IV so I can have a vendor...actually I grind to Business III but couldn't for the life of me get the Vendor to work...after placing it, the only option under control I had was to Initialize it...so I do...then I pay Maintenance then try to use the thing..but it says "Vendor hasn't been Initialized" yet I already did do it...and now that option doesn't exist...so I go ahead and grind to get the robot vendor thinking maybe it'll work..same deal...someone also said if I tried to initialize it twice..which you have to be really fast with the radial to do...that it would work...well I was fast enuff....but still no Initialize for my vendor...

Anyone know how to get the thing to work? I sent in a Bug report about it..but I can't seem to figure it out...thanks for any and all responses..

The workaround on the Merchant forums worked for me.

I got it to work by doing what I read on another post, basically the following...:

1) Log in, wait for at least a few minutes doing other stuff.

2) Create the vendor, wait about 30 seconds before placing it.

3) Place it, wait at least 20 seconds.

4) Use radial menu to initialize it, then don't touch it for at least 20 seconds.

5) Use the radial to pay exactly 100cr maintenance. Again wait 30 seconds or so.

6) Use the radial to select USE VENDOR

7) After it works, go ahead and pay more maintenance.

The above worked for me, it did take 2 trys doing it that way but it worked...I did it at least 2 dozen times before with no luck intill I did it exactly like the above and it worked..so good luck..

i think the droid and the terminal box is bugged. i removed the vendor and placed another 2 more and was able to initialize it
