Does anybody know if i get a vendor at the artisan tree and then drop that class all together with out mastering, will I still have the vendor or will it disapear?

Vendors currently remain when you drop the skill. How long this will be the case, who knows.

and its just wrong if you dont keep the skills why should you keep the benifits of it,
