Does HAM wounds or BF affect crafting? How about the quality of crafting tool, or a decayed (but not dead) crafting tool?

As far as i know, since crafting doesn't take any HAM to perform, you BF or wounds shouldnt effect anything. The tool quality will determine crafting success and critical failure occurrance. The decay on a tool shouldnt effect anything except the ability to repair that tool.
