Thread: powerup crafting issues

I've tried maybe 100-200 times to get the max damage base melee powerup with no luck. i keep cycling through the same 5 stats or so, is there a reason for this? am i doing something wrong? or is it not random like it's supposed to be?
by the way i'm using OQ 999 chem and OQ 996 copper

Consensus is that you cannot get max damage on the primary stat.

Me too, I think alot of customers just assume they can get them as we can on ranged power-ups.

May I also add to the primary list above, pup wpn attack cost attack (the exact words used on the power-up description).
Also, not sure which you mean by Max Range Penalty in the secondary list. I noted, Ideal Range Attack Mod & also Max Range Attack Mod.

I have noticed this too, I thought it was just me. Is this posted anywhere by a dev?
