Hello,

I was wondering what a fair price per unit would be for high quality steel, and floral resources?

This is driven entirely by the demand on your server, and what type of steel/floral resources you have. Some of the elite professions need very specific types - Doctors need Dantooine Berries, Domesticated Oats as an example, whilst WS need say Link-Steel Aluminium or Plumbum Iron (amongst a very long shopping list). You need to know the market well. But a good general guideline is 3cpu, unless it stinks really badly. But the qualities it has may be misleading Dant Berries with high flavour are irrelevant to a Doctor, it if the OQ and PE that matter. But some resources never exceed a certain level for a particular quality - Axidite Iron never has a UT of over 650, so if you have some that is 649 its as valuable as 999 in actual terms.

So to recap

Find out if a profession needs your resource

Find out what properties the profession needs the resource to have

Find out if you have it in the right applicable quantities (most WS aren't interested unless you have at least 20k of it, for some resources 100k stacks are more saleable).

Find out if your resource is worse than a recent spawn, if so it is devalued instantly.
