Thread: Hmmm..How can a resource have all stats above 800 but an OC of 11?

Ive had some wierd finds lately and wondered if this is normal.

Last night I sampled some steel that had all stats above 800 but an OC of 11 ???

This doesn't make much sense to me so I thought Id check in and see if this is happening to others or is normal now. Ive had some great finds but this seemed a bit funny, pretty unbalanced when you look at it.

Any info would be great or a site that has a good discussion about this seeminglly unbalanced OC when compared to over all stats.

Overall Quality is just another, distinct stat like any of the rest. Unlike the name suggests, it doesn't derrive an overall quality from the rest of the stats.

Yep...all the stats are pretty random as to what they are. no real rhyme or reason it seems.


Good observation though...it is kinda funny that all other stats above 800 and the OQ sucks. hehe
