Hey just wanted to know if you can get 33% speed on a melee power up...if not I'm completely wasting my time trying to make em

Has anyone ever compiled a list of all possible combinations for pups?

and to answer your question. Speed in a melee power-up can only reach a max of 16.33% as a secondary. So when you are crafting your power-up you will get the main stat on assembly then experiment one point at a time until the secondary shows up. It may take a lot of crafts to get the combination you want.
