The Scattering Muzzel of Flaring does not display its abilitys properly.
'Scattering' adds to Point Blank Attack Mod, and 'Flaring' also adds to the Point Blank Attack Mod.
Unfortunately when combined on the same powerup the item only takes on the Flaring attributes making a +0%/+16% Weapon powerup instead of the usual +32%/+16%. Sure would be nice to get a +48% to point blank attacks!
oh well, add it to the list of Artisan Bugs...
