Anyone know if you get XP from them ?
Also while on the topic, which items give UXP from the artisan line.

I don't think you get XP from people using your powerups. The only item you can make, that I'm aware of, which gives you xp when the buyer uses it are crafting tools and (I think) crafting stations.
