I have piled up factory crates in my hourse by just droping like 10 crates on the same spot, but I can't pick them up. When I try to open radial menu it only shows examine as the option on those piled up factory crates. Is there anyway to walk around this and be able to pick them up?

Select one and then type /move back 10

This will move the crate out of the pile, and you can pick it up. You'll need to do it for each one.

And from now on, spread them out

and if the /move back 10 or /move forward 10 (or less) does not work, you can also use /rot right 90 or /rot left 90, both is be almost the same, but...
