there are so many things that would look nice on a wall in a house, But unless you have stairs in your house you are not able to do this.

Is there something im missing in order to get my tablelamp on its table ?

Devs we need a /raisefurniture command ( only for light things like fish/ weapons/ table lamps )

This is something I've been desperately looking for in the game.

I would like to be able to make a real store. Not like a vendor that you click, no the real kind of thing, with a counter and stuff displayed in and on top of the counter.

I think it would make a great add on for the game to implement coutner types (seen in the guild buildings in cities) and allow us to decorate our houses the way the world designers did. If you'd happen to have a look at Nym's house on Lok and have checked out the rooms there, those are absolutely awesome!

There is a kitchen there with food displayed all over on tables etc. In another room there is nothing but tech stuff, droids etc. Here also stuff is put on display in various ways. So it's not like the game world design prohibits these kind of things.

I personally would rather have an interface for placing things in a house that gives you more flexibility and user friendlyness than the current commands. Something similar to the top down view you get when you place a structure but then from the point of view of the character facing forward, being able to pan, zoom in and out and raise and lower. Then at some point hit a key (click a mouse button, whatever) to place the item in the spot you are holding it.

This has got to be possible and would make decorating a house/store so much easier. I am still dreaming of my own hunter/hardware/foodstuff store. And I'd love to be able to actually make a store, instead of sacrificing a "living room" and dump some stuff on the floor.

I hope this makes it into one of the future patches or add ons. It would help us a lot.

I too am quite dissapointed that there isnt a raise command for items dropped in a house. On my first floor i can have drinks and biscuits on the tables, but upstairs in my office, the DESK LAMP is sitting UNDER my table

We can move, we can rotate...please give us a raise command !!!
