I've been making repair kits recently. I made the optional components in a factory, 17 of them, including micro-sensor suites and droid storage compartments. I was just about to make the final schematic for the repair kit using my highest-conductivity copper and each optional component when I decided to make one for fun to see its functionality rating. Made with 928 conductivity copper, the kit has 92.8... functionality rating.
What's the point of the optional components? Sounds like just one more thing that needs fixing to me. *shrug*
