Is it tue that if i have artisan skill my traps will be of much better quality?

If you have the artisan skill you are able to spend experimentation points on your traps to improve them. Or at least you could, I haven't tried it recently as I make most of mine in the field away from any stations. I'll look into it tonight and try to post further on this later though.

Are traps able to be created in a factory so you can make crates of them?

yes ,but only a scout can make or use certin ones,but you can have him make you a scematic to put in the factoriy

Yeah they come out in stacks of 25, I do believe. At least the adhesive mesh ones do. I havn't seen any difference on quanity from experimentation. And quality is debatable. No stats are listed at all, so most likely quality isn't affected either.
