I have just started doing artisan missions and I was wondering where the best paying missions for newbies are located. I have found missions on Naboo runningbetween deeja peek and moenia that pay around 1300 credits. That's the highest I've found so far. I haven't left that planet yet though and was thinking of going somewhere else. Anyone know of anywhere that pays higher?

Survey missions seem to cap out at 1800cr each, provided you have a good weapon skill (I have Pistols IV). That's the highest Artisan mission I've seen.

Survey missions are going to be your best bet. With a good weapon equipped, they'll pay up to 1800 credits with no tickets to other cities to buy.

I'm a mid-level rifleman and I get 1800-1900cr missions for Radioactives. I usually know of a 90+% spot so that's very convenient for 4k when I go pickup the hoppers.

are those everywhere or are there certain cities and/or planets I should go to? I haven't been able to check yet, but I don't know if I've been offered an 1800 survey mission yet. Will it get higher as my skill level gets higher?

Unfortunately if you mean Artisan skills, no. To get higher than 900cr missions you have to be a Specialist (or whatever Box 4 is called now) in a given marksman line. In other words a Pistol Specialist with Novice Artisan gets 1800cr missions. A Master Artisan with no weapon specialization gets 900 max. Messed up, no? And I have *yet* to see a dev comment on this in the forums or get a response from my PM's.

It's broken. They get more proffitable as your weapon type and skill with that weapon go up.

Guess that explains it for me. I have no marksman skills. My only melee skills are in unarmed.

I get 1080 per crafting mission between Mas Entha and Mas Taike (approx 2700m) on Tatooine and have no weapons skills. So about 4300 round trip, and I survey along the way.

maybe that's why my missions went up to 1300 at all. they were maxing out at about 8, but I'm a marksman and i have bumped up in skill level since then.

But my mission are still higher paying when I'm running them from deeja peek and moenia than any other cities on Naboo. Most of the others are around 1000 max and dp and moenia are always above 1200.

Whoops! I should clarify I meant the Survey missions were capped at 900 if you don't have Specialist in a weapon line. I honestly haven't tried crafting missions yet.
