I dont' suppose anyone would like to give up how they get these wonderful stations to 45? You can pm me or post here.

You might try the Architect's forum for this. Architect FAQ
Short answer:
I don't think you can make them to 45 now. I think it was possible briefly in the past. The trick is to use fully experimented subcomponents.
When I was an Architect, I could get them to 42 or 43 with good subcomponents.

yeah a year ago i could get them to 43ish.. now i can't get past 39-40. sucks
