Anybody else experience this?

It seems like I'm unable to craft a Metal Recycler due to it. I load up the schematic, insert the ingredients but when I go to hit assemble it tells me "No Owner for Player" and won't continue. Can't remove the items from their slots at this point and then if I hit back, poof, all the components are destroyed and my schematic is revoked.

The CSRs were extremely helpful in reimbursing my schematic and the Heating Elements it took me a week to gather but I was warned I shouldn't try making the item again until I saw a patch noteletting me know the bug is fixed.

A forum search shows me that this appears to have first cropped up in mid 2003 affecting droid engineers but I can't find any reference to when or how it was fixed (and I assume it must have been since there are still DEs in the game).

Just curious if other people are experiencing this and whether it's affecting all recycler construction, just metal recyclers or if it's a character specific bug and other people aren't having issues at all.

I tried making an agitator motor and lost the schem

and the CSRs wouldnt reimburse it

pretty pissed about it.

I posted a workaround for the bug in the Items and Loot forum earlier today.

Since that post a CSR did give me back my two agitator motors chematics, but none of the components. I'm not too bothered because those schematics were much harder to loot than the red wiring and batteries.

This seems to be a known issue GOOOGOGG so if you haven't already I'd ask again about reimbursement... be very specific about the bug.
