Thread: Control Unit Quality

I have searched the forum for information about ControlUnit quality. I understand that Control Unit quality matters as a subcomponent to something like a Crafting Station. My question is, what is the theoretical maximum quality that a Control Unit can be experimented to? I have been able to reach a Quality of 4 using very good resources. Is this the maximum for quality?
If anyone has some feedback on this please let me know, thanks.

I'm not sure. I think the only way someone would know is if there is someone out there who messed around with them on the 1 day crafting changes day.
I can get mine to 99% and they still have a quality rating of 4.

I made some on the "TEMP TUESDAY" or whatever you would like to call it lol and 4 was as high as I got, they were 99% exp....I still use 99% today.
The biggest problem that I have found with Crafting stations is finding a steel for the mirco sensor suite that has a high Con and a High OQ,. Right now I use a 998 OQ and a 675 CON.. and I get my stations up to 43.22 so if I could find some higher stuff I could probably make it up to 44.5 or 45.. I dont know but Iam keeping a watch out for some stuff lol

You should keep your eye on the JTL steels. We had some spawn on Lowcathat was like 940 OQ and 900 CD. People are making 44.4 crafting stations now.

Thank you very much for the feedback everyone. I just made a batch of CU with Quality 4 and I think those will be just fine for the future.
