I am a crafter that likes to travel alot and bring my good to other planets. From reading a bit about Droid, i understand that these can be made into traveling crafting stations. Is there a limitation to where and how much u can craft using them? I would like to visit the different Catina's grab and be able to craft.

They can be used as private crafting stations.... if they're working at all.

You can place crafting modules into your droids.
Be careful, though. Right now if you put two or more into one droid, only the first one will work.

Does anyone know if droid crafting modules vary like crafting stations? So would I be better off crafting next to my +45 station, or the droid? Do i get any advantages for crafting next to my crafting station with my droid next to me? I'm pretty sure the bonuses won't stack, but I am hoping for confirmation of my suspicions.

No, they do not vary. The modules in the droids are basically at a level of 0. They just give you the ability to use schematics that require a crafting station.

Not to argue semantics, but in the interest of sharing informantion:
The crafting droids are considered to have a "null" value, rather thanzero. That means that it should have no effect on the crafting process at all, whereas a zero valuemight be somewhat detrimental. Anecdotal experience has led me to believe that the crafting droid does give better performance than a sub-par station does.
