I simple trick for Newbies (the rest of you probably already know it):
When doing the crafting grind, have two of each toolkit and put them next to each other on the hotkey bar. When you go to make an item with Kit #1, and it says it will be 45 seconds or so to compltion, hit the hotkey for Kit #2 and immediately start a new project. This can shave a LOT of time off your grinding, as you never have to stop and wait for anything to finish, as by the time you're done loading up the second kit & begin production, the first kit is ready to use again.

Depends what your grinding, think I used 7 kits when doing Tailor. But when using that many your usually using a fairly short time to put in the resources, 5, 6, or 7 seconds depending on lag. So if I wasnt getting any lag, I could use 7 kits with a 5 second resource input time. Most often though it was about 5 kits with a 7 second input.
There used to be crafting macros all over the place during the holo-grind. A fella could probably do a search for it.
