LOL I dont know what they are called, but I was wondering if anyone can use those droids that "announce" stuff, and have the merchant waypoints in them.

there called merchant barker droids, you need merchant 4-0-0-0 to use them.

Barker droids can be used on by Merchants who have Advertising 4 (Merchant 4-X-X-X).
I recently found this out and until you have Advertising 4 you can't program it or anything.
