What do you do with the samples the wind harvesters sample?

Wind Energy is used to power other Harvesters (mineral, chemical, gas packet, etc). Harvesters require power to operate (produce samples).

I'm not sure if you are talking about the Wind Harvester or other types, but for WH, the maintenance must be paid up -- but I'm not sure what the minumum % is to operate. I try to keep mine at 100% all the time if I can. Also, make sure to turn the WH "on". If it's off (default), obviously it's not producing. Other Harvesters require Power & Maintenance (and turned on) in order to produce. In addition, you must select the resource type (even for wind) before turning it on. Not sure if I answered your question.

So the wind harvester are only producing
rocket fuel for your "regular" harvesters?

I use radiactive as fuel/power on mine....
but oc....i have to sample those in the "regular"
way....

The minimum is 100% now. So always keep extra maintenence paid. 99% and whatever it is will shut off.
