Hello and thanks for the help!

I am almost able to create a house and my PA wants a small house so they can gather and sell things. I already have 6 harvesters going and after placeing a small house I probably would not have enough lot space to place a bigger house for myself later on. Can I create the house and add a vendor and then transfer ownership to another member of my PA? Can I give the house deed and vendor deed to someone so they can place it? Is there any way I can through this without using my lots and without me having to manage the vendor?

Just give him the house BEFORE you place the vendor. Then you can make the vendor and give it to him to drop, and he can set you up as an admin on the house. Then you can control the Vendor while the house takes up HIS plots of land, not yours.

Sounds great!

I have never made a vendor yet so I did not know if I could "give one" to someone else to place. As long as I can give a house deed and a vendor to someone else to place my problem is solved!

I am confused since placing a vendor in a house is a part of the radial menu from the house control panel and the ability to place a vendor is a function of the owner's merchant or artisan skills.

How would someone place a vendor in someone elses house?
