I've been doing survey missions to spots where I know what's there - simple enough take 2 inert chem missions, go to your 70%+ spot and survey for quick cash

Up until yesterday that would net two mission rewards each time

Yesterday and today it only nets one reward although both missions complete

Is this a bug or is this a balance fix to what is a rather easy way to make money?

It's now back to normal - I guess it may have been just a problem with my character only

Yes I and many others have done 2 missions to the same spot. What you are selling is information after all, no reason not to sell the information to two different people

I have done two missions on the same spot dozens of times. Always got both payouts.

I have never been able to take 2 missions of the same resource type and get both to pay. I tried it once (three to four weeks ago) as a test, but after seeing both missions removed from my datapad, with only one payment, I realized that this wasn't possible for me to do.

Odd that you were once able to get it to work.

There's an issue where a new resource crops up that it doesn't register for these missions until they reboot the server

This wasn't what I had, it was a spot where I had been getting 2 payouts before then surveying the same resource started only paying one

I have taken the same resource for both missions and get paid for each mission. But I do understand what you are saying, becuase that happens to me or worst. The only resource I have a problem with on occuation is liquid petrofuel. So if it is not working or a problem one day, I could be standing on top of the resources with a 99% and it would not register at all that the resources is there or it would only register as both missions, but only get paid for one mission.

If I go to the same spot with another resources, it will work fine with no problem. It seems that liquid petrofuel is my only problem I have found.

I am sure this post is no help, but you can take it as you are not alone on this problem, but it has not effected me completely so I have no reason to complain.

Are you sure you weren't getting the payouts? Because I was doing destroy missions and upon completion, it wouldn't say mission success blah blah blah and all it used to, it just quietly put the money in my bank and thats it
