I know I remeber this being talked about before, but I just can't find it. I am standing on a 52% deposit of Class 4 Petro Chemical. When I go to sample I get the message that the concentration is too low to get a sample.

What gives? I know I have seen it explained. I just can't remeber what the solution was

It's a new resource that just spawned and you can't hand sample it until the next server reset. It's a know bug that's very high on the list to be fixed

In a way, that is good news. It means that it just showed up, and if it is any good, I can keep after it for a while
