I had HEARD that when you craft items and pass it on, you recieve xp when they use it. Now I have crafted and sold countless items and have not seen my xp move at all, is UXP real and if so, how much does it yield? Please help me on this one anyone...thanks.

Yep
Have got quite a bit of it recently. As for the actual percentage - I'm not absolutely sure but I thought it was up to 10% of the original crafting xp...

Yea it's for real, there has been a number of times where I gained a level while walking along in the middle of a town. Or out in the middle of no where not doing anything.

I sold at least 15 or so carbines last weekend and haven't seen any experiance (at least over 100 pts). I don't know what exactly is going on but I'd like to know.

I believe the UXP gains are granted intermittently. So even if you sold a number of weapons this weekend, you may not get the UXP for a couple more days.

Yes, UXP is granted gradually over time. I vaguely remember these numbers from beta, but I may be incorrect:
For weapons: UXP = 50% Craft XP
For Consumables (Food, med's, etc.): UXP = 100% Craft XP
For All Else: UXP = 150% Craft XP
I remember for sure that there were 3 groups, each being 50%, 100%, 150%, but I'm not certain exactly which was in each percentage group.
