Can anyone explain the ratings to me?

Architect schematics
All kind of ore, amount dosnt matter --> 1.5cpu

I have my doubts if anyone really knows for sure . All I know is:

more effectiveness=good .... I think

higher quality tools might decrease the number of critical fails, then again they might not. Higher quality tools might increase your chances of getting higher quality successes, then again they might not.

My best tools 13.30ish or so, using 956 conductive copper in the making, dunno the max.

The max will prolly be 15, since with 996 copper we've gotten 14.88

I don't know for sure about the tool but I know crafting stations can go higher, I have a 19.xx weapon/general crafting station that I use my 999 OQ copper on. I would presume that conductivity can goto 999 also but I've never seen it.
