If someone let's me on the admin of their house, and I declare it as my residence, can I put vendors in that house?

No need to declare it as your residence, but yes, as long as they've set you as admin you can create and drop a vendor anywhere within the establishment.

When you access the house terminal, itll give you the option to place a vendor. based on your merchant skill, it'll let you select what sort you want. It will then give you an icon in your inventory. You stand where you want it to be and hit the radial-drop. You may then rotate etc. Once you have it like you want, you radial-initialize. Load em up bazaar style and ADD MAINT!
