There've been a number of threads on this problem. Most of the time there's a name conflict. Is there anything in the house that starts with UP? For example if you're moving something up, and you have an upholstered chair in the room, the system gets confused. Try either picking up the item that's causing the conflict, or typing /move <name of item> up <number>.

I have no problems moving things. Make sure the item is highlighted/targeted. type /movefurniture up xxx (xxx= 1 - 500). It seems each unit is about 1cm.

Instead of guessing, stand in your house and type:

/target up

If something is selected, it's interfering with your /move up command.

If you type // into your chat box you find the actual command is /moveFurniture <direction> <amount>

I find that capital letters tend to matter in this game when typing in commands so be careful

/move >direction> <amount> woks as /moveFurniture... is the only command you could mean when typing this i.e. u've used a shortcut

Never understood why people type /moveFurniture <direction> ##since /move <direction> ## has always worked for me. If you use the /moveFurniture command, Furniture needs to be capitalized.

/move up 50 <I think that is max, even though I think it's supposed to be more. I cant get anything over 50 to work>

/move forward 50

/move back 50

/move down 50

/rotate left 45 <supposedly rotates your furniture so it doesn' rotate 90 degrees every time like off the radial menu>

/rotate right 45

I think you cqan use up to 180 value for the rotate command. If this doesn't work just reply with a say so as I havent had a chance to test it. Can't wait to try it though.
