i have built all my vechile i do not have any experment tape and i used not so good reasources all my vechile go 1m if i am luckey 2m that includes av-21 speeder what i want to know do i need alot experment taps and good reacourceses to make my vechile go faster or is this how fast most vhecile go which i doudt i i realy want to know if i should get another av-21 and have some one with better stuff make me one because i saw someone swoop goin 67m and that was not down hill how fast do regular av-21 speeder usalley go excuse bad typeing

All vehicles of the same kind go the same speed. The only advantage the av-21 has that I know of is it has the speed of a swoop and the terrain negotiation of a landspeeder. Experimenting will only raise the ham on the vehicle.
