of late i have just destroyed the tool since i am clueless, but for some reason it said i had two slots open and i didn't obviously so now both my tools have items stuck in them and i can't make another tool LOL. Yes I know I am a noob.

a: make sure inventory has enough slots for item

b: put cursor on crafting tool and right click.

c: new window should appear above the 'start crafting' option - empty hopper, or something to that effect. Choose it and it will drop into inventory.

If inv. is full when you produce an object it will stay in hopper even after you open up space in inv.

I'm so dumb I destroyed two crafting tools before figuring that one out.
