Ok, I'm about at my wits end. Everywhere that I survey, I can't find water! Nothing over higher than 30% on my survey, anyway, even right next to rivers or lakes! Can anyone help?

youve got to deal with this, run missions, while waiting take a few resources here and there,

collect over a number of days and live your life, you should find better than 30 though...good luck

First off, get the notion out of your mind that a density of a resource has anything to do with lakes or streams. All resources are created equal in a circular pattern around their most dense spot. Many areas can be created over a planet.

Have you tried moving to another city and sampling there? The area around the city you are in may not have much water vapor. It's possible your enitre planet doesn't have a high densitry of water vapor, but check a couple cities for higher density before getting into that. Resources shift about once a week, so what is low density today could change down the line.
