Thread: Profession Based Junk Dealers
Ok i had this idea over in the DE forums, i dunno if others have brought it up, but i would like some feedback on it.
I think every crafting profession (only those based completely on crafting, scouts and medics dont count since their wares are disposeable) Should have their own "Junk Dealer" based off of their makeable wares.
Say you have a Droid Engineer looking to make some $, and some XP at the same time. Well he can make his droids and then based off their quality, sell them to the dealer for like 50-500 credits, which will scale based on quality of ingredients, overall experimentation, and Schematic BASE complexity.
This is balanced because you will give up the Practice XP to get Creds from the dealer, plus you will have to have space and actually get to the dealers to sell your junk.
Just like junk once its gone its gone, no getting it back, and no UXP, but you will make some decent $ off of it.
Perhaps make it ONLY for finished products, not components, but Fully created things. Say only Droids, only Clothing, Only Buildings, and so on. No components, just final products.
I know crafting missions will help with crafters and credits, but i think this is a great idea, what about you all.
