Thread: why am i failing 6 times in a row?

i have up to surveying 2 ... seems a bit excessive to fail 6 times in a row in a 76% area.

1) Survey 2 is only halfway up the tree, so it's not that high. Failure can happen. Andresource concentrationhas somewhat to do with success, but more to do with amount sampled each time.


2) That's the problem with probabilities. 6 in a row will happen sooner or later.

I am a Master Artisan and have failed 6 times in a row before.

The richness of the vein does not control how often you fail, it controls how much you sample if you succeed.


The rumor is the quality of the sampling device has a small effect on your sampling rate.

I have survey 4, I'm sitting in an 88% spot, fail 5 times, sample 3 times, fail 4 times, sample 3 times.
Yes it really makes no sence and no we cant get any info from the devs on this or many other questions.
Sometimes thing work fine and the way you think they should, other times they make no sence at all.
